If you are having problems with your e-Learning courses not loading, playing only audio, or not showing the image slides, please try the following:
1. Make sure you are using the most current version of your web browser.
2. Still not working? Try a different browser: Firefox or Internet Explorer seem to be working best for most people.
3. Try clearing your browser history/cache and see if that helps.
4. If you are using a mobile device or tablet, try a desktop or laptop computer and see if that works.
If you try those four steps and still cannot get your course to work, please send us a message to let us know which browser and browser version you are using, which course you are taking, and the specific problem occurring.
