Emails sent from LAMPS

Emails are sent from LAMPS for one of four purposes:


A. Transactions. You purchased a LAMPS product and received an email with your invoice or receipt.


B. Renewal reminders. Purchasers and configuration users in a WMP or DAA site receive notifications about the expiration. Implementation of a WMP or DAA is important, so the renewal reminder emails will continue periodically until the WMP is renewed. Renewal reminder emails cannot be turned off for a given site because that would defeat the purpose altogether. To avoid receiving the emails, configuration users could be downgraded to non-configuration or audit/read-only, but that would not make sense for users who need access to the Configuration section. Note: Purchasers receive renewal reminder emails 92, 64, 36, 15, and 8 days before expiration. The other users with configuration privileges receive emails 29 and 8 days before expiration. Therefore, to prevent non-purchaser users from getting the reminder emails, be sure to renew 30 days or more before expiration.


C. Control measure verification notifications. WMP users with configuration privileges can opt to receive notification emails about control measure verification that is not entered, overdue, or due soon.  To stop receiving control measure verification notification emails, you can uncheck the control measure category boxes under your name on the "Manage Control Measure Verification Notification Emails" page in WMP Configuration > Control Measures.


D. LAMPS Benchmark notification emails. LAMPS Benchmark users can opt to receive a weekly report summarizing sensor readings over the last few days and/or emails when sensor readings have exceeded the team-set alarm levels. To stop receiving SDA notification emails, click in your site to Configuration Step 2 > Set up / edit your sensors > Manage SDA Notification Emails.


E. Other important notifications. WMP users may receive a message about updates to WMP content or functions. Course users may receive a message about course updates. Training users may receive notification about a LAMPS-only training webinar. Partner users may receive notifications about partner-specific training, terms, instructions, or resources. All users would receive notifications HC Info is required to send (e.g., about a breach or other problem). The only way to be excluded from such important emails is to cancel your LAMPS account.
