Upgrading a Site

Modified on Fri, 06 Jan 2023 at 08:25 AM

LAMPS sites can be easily upgraded.

For example, if your site has only LAMPS Plan (WMP), without LAMPS Benchmark (DAA), you can upgrade to LAMPS Complete (WMP+DAA).

Likewise, if you have DAA without WMP, you can add WMP.

Click here to see a comparison of LAMPS site bundles and prices.

When you upgrade, you pay only the difference in price between your current site version and the discounted bundle price of the upgraded site.

When you renew an upgraded site, you will automatically get the bundle and volume (if applicable) discount.

Only the site purchaser can order an upgrade. The Purchaser will see the upgrade link (e.g., "Add Data Automation") in the site dashboard, to the right of each site name. If you are not the purchaser of the site, contact the purchaser about upgrading.

Sites can be downgraded, too. Downgrades must be performed manually by LAMPS support. To request a downgrade, the site purchaser can email support@hcinfo.com, referencing the site name. After downgrading a site, your renewal price will be based on the downgraded version. The difference in the balance of the current subscription will not be refunded.

If you upgrade or downgrade a site, you will need to re-select Yes or No for the water system types for which you had selected "No" in Configuration Step 1.6. To make sure all site users have uninterrupted use of the WMP, make the 1.6 selections as soon as possible after the upgrade or downgrade process is complete.
