The WMP will be locked after expiration and will still appear in the expired section of the site dashboard, but the data will not be lost. HC Info retains customer data entered into WMP and VDA sites for at least one year after a site expires. One year after expiration, we have no obligation to continue storing customer-entered data and materials, but may do so at our discretion.
