Extending the Expiration Date of a WMP or Training Bundle

Because of several customer requests, expiration dates of WMPs as well as Training Bundles can be extended to a specific date. Some customers with multiple sites under the same ownership (e.g., hotel chain) like to have the same expiration date for all their sites. After activating their sites (on different days), they can purchase extensions to make the expiration dates the same for all.

Another reason to purchase an extension is to avoid reactivation fees. A site about to expire can be extended a few days while waiting for approval to renew. 

To extend an expiration date, the Purchaser can simply:

• Log in to LAMPS and click “Extend Expiration Date” next to the site(s) or training account you want to extend.
• Enter the desired new expiration date and complete the checkout process.

Please note:

• Extensions can be purchased for multiple sites in the same order. Simply add each to the cart and then complete the checkout process.
• Credit card is the only payment option for orders totaling less than $500.
• Expiration dates can be extended up to 12 months. To extend to a specific date more than 12 months away, please complete a renewal order and then purchase an extension in a separate order.
