Trouble Accessing LAMPS

If you're having trouble accessing LAMPS, please check the following:


1. Browser Extensions: Check if any browser extensions might be causing the issue. You can test this by using private mode or by temporarily disabling extensions.


2. Cookies: Ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser settings.


3. JavaScript Support: Confirm that your browser supports JavaScript.


4. Try a Different Browser: If another browser works, the issue may be related to cache or cookies. Clear the cache and cookies in your original browser and try accessing LAMPS again.


5. Company Network: If you are using a company computer, consult your IT department. The company network may be blocking access to LAMPS.


6. Multi-factor Authentication (MFA): If you are not receiving the access code needed for MFA, make sure your LAMPS username is a valid email address to which you have access. If it is, check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
